Angelica is our File Coordinator and ensures all broker files are DRE compliant. She also ensures that they meet the strict guidelines set forth by our impressive Risk Management program which is ultimately in place to protect you, our agents. She also handles all of the Broker's REO Listings and Accounting. Angelica is your contact for:
· Broker Files– Closing Coordinator. She ensures you have a clean file from the moment you go into escrow until it closes. (Not as a transaction coordinator. Broker Compliant files only).
· MLS Changes—she handles those they require Broker authorization.
· Website changes for our in-house website and email domains.
· Agent Billing
· Answers all incoming calls and distributes mail.
· Operates all fax machines and copiers.
· Welcomes all guests and escorts them into conference room
