Robert Castaneda

Before joining the RE/MAX team, Mr. Castaneda has been President of Mortgage World & Real Estate Specialists since 1993. He has consulted with individual, institutional, corporate and high net worth real estate investors in the purchase of residential investments and financing for more than 20 years. Mr. Castaneda has closed on more than $1 billion dollars in real estate purchase, listings and finance transactions.  He has also advised builders/investors on the sale of distressed assets and bulk sale portfolios. His experience encompasses foreclosure sales and he is considered an expert in the purchase of REO properties. 
 Mr. Castaneda was a regular participant on The Real Estate Network radio talk show. He advises clients on short sales, loan modifications and foreclosure procedures. He has also been a guest and expert on the radio program, “The Real Estate Life”.  Mr. Castaneda is focusing on how to help individuals achieve their goals in home ownership and real estate investments.  With over twenty years of real estate and finance experience he will provide the necessary information and guidance to navigate the current economy we are in.
