Susie has years of escrow knowledge having worked in the escrow industry for over 10 years. She has managed escrow offices licensed by the Department of Corporations as well as the Department of Real Estate.

Susie takes pride in keeping up with rapidly changing demands of the escrow and real estate industry by constantly maintaining a variety of escrow certifications. Recently, she has completed Certification in the new 2010 RESPA/GFE-HUD-1 requirements as well as the new 2010 California Purchase Contract requirements.

She is completely customer service driven and looks forward in helping you close your escrow as smoothly as possible.
